Therefore, I grant you the honours, distinctions as well as the use of the insignias which you are entitled to according to the

Statutes of the Order, in the trust, given your proven qualities,

that you will do your best in contributing to the greater splendour of the Order. And this Title, which will be endorsed

by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, will be

registered by the Secretary of the Order.
